For the majority of our applications that are intended for general public use (non-business users):

• No analytics, crash reporting, or tracking technologies that identify you are used.
• Your use of these applications is completely anonymous.

Some of our applications are designed specifically for business use (e.g., employee or company management tools). For these applications:

• User login is required. You must authenticate (e.g., via username/password or company credentials) before using the application.
• Collected data: After login, the application may collect user-related data (such as name, role, work activities, or business records) strictly for operational purposes.
• Purpose: All collected data are used only by the company that operates or licenses the application (your employer or the business entity managing the account).
• No sharing: These data are not shared with third parties, including 'S O F A R' IT COMPANY, except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., hosting). We do not sell, rent, or trade this data.
• Data processing: The processing of any collected data is the sole responsibility of the company using the application. That company is considered the Data Controller. 'S O F A R' IT COMPANY acts only as a technical facilitator.

Although we do not assume responsibility for the internal data policies of the business using the application, we implement reasonable technical measures to protect any data transmitted through our business applications.

For business applications: You must direct any requests regarding access, correction, or deletion of your data to the company that provided you with the login credentials.
For general applications: No user action is required regarding data, as no data is collected.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. For business applications, your continued use after login constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
